Dave did a great job for us. I successfully sold my condo at an acceptable price during what was considered the off season. I was particularly impressed with how he presented the property on the web, his marketing persistence, his communication skills, keeping me informed at a frequency that was adequate and overall knowledge of the real estate market. Closing was made very easy for me and was done remotely.
