The 4th of July week has arrived in North Lake Tahoe and with it brings some of the best events of the summer! From the beach parties on Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake to art festivals and beer festivals, there is something for everyone! Below you will find the North Lake Tahoe 4th of July events that we are most excited for:

Truckee Thursdays

Thursday, June 30th | 5 pm – 8:30 pm
Kick off the 4th of July weekend early at Truckee Thursdays in beautiful, historic Downtown Truckee! Featuring a host of children’s activities, live music, art displays, the Foothills Farmers Market, a beer garden and over 100 local artisan booths, this is one event you don’t want to miss!   

Fireworks Displays

July 3rd – Kings Beach Fireworks and Beach Party
July 4th – Tahoe City Fireworks Show and Beach Bash
July 4th – Donner Lake Beach Party & Fireworks
July 4th – Incline Village Fireworks

 

Truckee 4th of July Parade

If you’re looking for the quintessential display of small-town Americana, the Truckee 4th of July Parade is where it’s at. Crowds line the streets from the Truckee Firehouse (next to Wild Cherries) all the way to historic downtown Truckee. Catch the best float performances in historic downtown Truckee where many floats put on a special show for the Judge. The parade begins at 10 am.

Pacific Fine Arts Festival

July 1st – 3rd
A West Shore favorite and Homewood staple, the Pacific Fine Arts Festival is back! This FREE event features the work of over 50 California Artists showcasing an assortment of collectible arts and crafts in a variety of media including paintings, ceramics, jewelry, woodwork, photography and more!

Northstar Beerfest + Bluegrass Festival

Saturday, July 2nd | 3 pm – 7 pm

Relax and unwind at the Beerfest + Bluegrass Festival!  Featuring beer tastings from dozens of breweries and live music from two premier bluegrass bands: Ventucky String Band & The Railsplitters. Advanced Ticket Price is $30 and the Day of Ticket Price is $38. Guests who purchase a ticket will receive a commemorative pint glass and be able to sample the various beers.
