The Tahoe Real Estate Markets are Energized

The 2016 North Lake Tahoe and Truckee real estate markets continue to show strength in August as we speed towards the 3rd quarter.  We continue to see record sales volume, the average and median sale price is up double digits and luxury home sales are through the roof. I noted a slight slow down in June and July, but August has us back on track and it’s hard to deny the tenacity of the market as every metric that I track is showing solid positive gains.
