The Ridgewood Property Owners Association (RPOA) offers a private gated beach, picnic tables, pier, and limited buoy access. Annual dues are $150 and the initiation fee is $7,500. Currently, membership is full and owners looking to join the RPOA need to be placed on a waiting list for membership openings.
