I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt that this one was well deserved. Dave helped us purchase our home years ago and when we decided to sell, there wasn’t a question of who we were going to list with. Dave is very thorough, upfront with any concerns, always returns calls, is extremely detailed, and has always followed through with what he commits to. Out of all the properties we have bought and sold over the years, Dave is hands down first in class. He will always be our partner. And just because the house is sold, he is still always available after the sale. A 10 for sure.
