When I messaged Dave, first time about a home that I found on Zillow he responded immediately just in few minutes. He answered all questions and was able to show us the house the same day. This was super impressive and we’ve decided to work with him. We’ve looked at different houses several weeks and all this time Dave was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable and paid attention to all the details like if a house needs some extra work somewhere and estimated how much would it cost, he found things that we even didn’t notice, gave us advice on how to fix them. He also gave us very useful information about the local area and things that we need to know: local parks, were to spend time with our kid, best restaurants, etc. Eventually, we found a very lovely house and Dave helped us with all the negotiations and also to decrease the price. We’ve become very good friends and I’m so happy that we found someone who supported us during this time. Now we have a second home and a very good friend nearby who is always ready to help.
