Tahoe City Oktoberfest

Where:  Commons Beach, Tahoe City
When: Saturday, September 28th | 12pm – 5pm
Dig out your lederhosen and get ready for Tahoe City’s festive Oktoberfest celebration. Featuring craft beers from some of the region’s best microbreweries, delicious local grub, Bavarian-themed games, a craft vendor village, live music, games, and more — you won’t want to miss this festive fall celebration! Downtown Truckee Wine Walk & Shop

Where: Downtown Truckee
When: Saturday, October 5th | 12pm – 4pm
This iconic fall event held in beautiful downtown Truckee brings nearly 1,000 participants to sip wine and sample local food tastings while shopping in historic downtown Truckee. Great Trail Race

Where: Tahoe City Cross Country Center
When: Saturday, October 6th
The Great Trail Race is an epic point to point route between Truckee and Tahoe City, CA that you can either mountain bike or trail run. Choose between two course options, Elite or Classic. The Elite course adds in more technically challenging terrain and distance. Make the event the goal of your summer training, then dig deep and beat your age-group rivals. Or set your own pace and enjoy a beautiful Tahoe mountain bike ride, Tahoe trail run through the Sierra forest. More Information

Tahoe Donner Fall Festival

Where: Northwoods Clubhouse, Tahoe Donner
When: Saturday, October 12th | 11am – 5pm
Head to Tahoe Donner for the tenth annual Fall Festival featuring arts & crafts vendors, the annual doggy dip, seasonal beer offerings, a pumpkin patch, pony rides, a carnival area for kids with arts, crafts, games and food. Buy tickets in advance, this event does sell out! More information

Where: Truckee Town Corporation Yard

Halloween Parade

Where: Downtown Truckee
When: Friday, October 25th | 4:30pm – 6:30pm
Dress up in your Halloween costumes and enjoy a lively parade through Downtown Truckee as well as trick-or-treating at the downtown shops. The parade leaves the Truckee Train Station at 6pm.
